Tomorrow I am at Christine Young’s

I have been doing some research on blogs and if I want to make my site exciting, I need to find exciting ideas to share, other than all about me and my book. But Moving On- A Prairie Romance is exciting to me right now. It is the new journey as a writer. All of the hours I have spent writing and re writing and pitching and sending the novel away came to fruition. My book is available but how do I find readers? I am not in control of putting the book up for free. I have a publisher who is in control of pricing. When a writer has one book and that book is offered for free, then what?

Writing at this stage of my career is not a break even event but would giving away the book be a good idea? There are authors who say that when one book is given away the other titles receive attention as well. So perhaps I will have to wait until after my next book is released.
Yes, there is another book to come, probably by the end of December. I’ll tell you more about that after this promotion is over.

I’d appreciate any suggestions about the kind of ideas I can discuss on this site, if not all about me and my writing career.
