On Friday, May 30, 2014 I was interviewed by Jeanne Alexander for a fifteen minute televised every week day afternoon on channel 7 Access Communications. Writing in Saskatchewan has been televised nationally and has been on air since 2008.
I researched on the internet about what to wear on TV. Not white. I wore a blue dress and navy sweater. I reviewed my research notes about Woman of Substance. I practiced my reading so it would be flawless and within the time frame. I had my hair done and arrived early at the appointed place. I stood to keep my energy up until it was my turn to be interviewed. We sat in two wing backed chairs in a library setting. Jeanne Alexander is an experienced interviewer and helped me feel as if I was talking with a friend. I was surprised though that even though I had completed my research when questions were asked I retreated to answers I was familiar with. I am interested in seeing the finished product. On Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 11:00 am I was again interviewed by Jeanne Alexander for the program WORDS ON AIR http://www.cjtr.ca/CJTR 91.3 FM; Access7 – 341; SaskTel Max 806; and on www.cjtr.ca . The half hour flew by but unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to hear myself. A friend heard me and said I did well.

I have also been back into my work in process. I am revising Chapter 20 of the manuscript with working title:
“Designed With Love” .
