On Wednesday August 14, 2013 I was one of the readers at this even organized by the Saskatchewan Writers Guild.

I read from Woman of Substance and sold books in the sunshine. Because August 14, 2013 was also the day Woman of Substance was in Read My Book, it was a red dress day.

As you can tell, from Wednesday August 14 to Wednesday August 21, 2013 it was an absolutely fabulous time for this author and others who participated in Words in The Park. But it was also a good time for those who stopped over their lunch hour and were read to as they ate their sandwich and salad.
